We ship Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) via Pos Laju and J&T Express. International shipping is not available at the moment — follow our Instagram for updates!

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Peninsular Malaysia — 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Sabah & Sarawak — 5 to 8 business days after dispatch

Handmade items may take 2 to 5 business days to prepare before dispatch. We'll notify you by email once your order is shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We keep them as affordable as possible:

  • Peninsular Malaysia — from RM 7.00
  • Sabah & Sarawak — from RM 12.00

Orders above RM 100 enjoy free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia! 🎉

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can track it on the courier's website (Pos Laju at poslaju.com.my or J&T at jtexpress.my). If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days, please reach out to us on Instagram @4th_day.

Oh no — that's the last thing we want! Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon opening, and DM us on Instagram @4th_day within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

Shop our full collection online, pick your favourites, and add them to your cart as usual.

Choose Event Pickup as your delivery method. Select the upcoming event you'd like to collect from.

Pay in full online

Complete your payment via Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow QR before the event. ⚠️ Payment must be completed before pickup — no cash on collection

Show your order confirmation at our booth

On the event day, find the 第肆天 / 4th Day booth, show your order confirmation (screenshot or email), and collect your items! 🎉

We attend craft fairs, pop-up markets, and fandom conventions across Malaysia. Upcoming events are announced on our Instagram @4th_day — make sure to follow us so you don't miss any! Event pickup availability is shown at checkout when an active event is upcoming.

Yes — full payment must be completed online before pickup. This ensures your items are reserved and packed, ready for a quick and smooth handover at the booth. We don't accept cash payments at the event for pre-orders.

Please DM us on Instagram as soon as possible if you can't make it. We'll do our best to hold your items for the next available event or convert your order to regular postage (additional shipping fee applies). Unfortunately, no-shows without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Yes! Just make sure they have your order confirmation (screenshot or printout) and your name or order number ready when they visit our booth. We'll hand it over without any issue.

Absolutely! We bring stock to every event, and you're welcome to purchase directly at the booth. However, pre-ordering guarantees your items are reserved — popular designs often sell out quickly on event days. Pre-order to avoid disappointment! 💜

Yes. All payments go through Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow, which are regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia and use bank-grade encryption. We never store your card or banking details.

Don't panic! DM us on Instagram @4th_day immediately with your payment screenshot and order details. We'll sort it out together. Overpayments will be refunded, and underpayments can be topped up before dispatch.

Since each item is handmade-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind. However, we are happy to issue refunds or replacements in these situations:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Order was cancelled before we started production

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (TNG or DuitNow) within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

At the moment, online orders support Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow QR / Transfer. At events, we accept DuitNow QR cashless payment only — no cash please. We may add more options in the future, so stay tuned!
